Owners Rick Mirlez began competition cooking in BBQ cook offs.  With a passion and desire to have the best tasting meat every time.  From cook off to friends and family asking me to cook, Rick decided to cater some friends wedding and things just kept growing.    I enjoy cooking for a crowd weather its 10 people or 2500 no group is to small or to big when you enjoy what you do.   All our sides are prepared fresh and from scratch in a way that honors the diverse flavor of each dish.  My meat speaks for itself.  

 

We can feed you in a conference room or a cornfield, stadium lots or office parks, wedding venues or at your home just because.  We cook onsite, and we serve.
